Hello!

My name is Joseph Pender and i'm currently attending Northeast Community College for a degree in Computer Programming.

I have a strong background in computer graphics and web/game development developed from attending the Art Institute of Atlanta and Wayne Community College in Goldsboro, NC.  I currently work as a freelance web developer and hope to open my own game development studio in the future.

I hope to bring those skills to play in my term as Vice President of Technology to help improve the state website experience and to bring new, innovative and entertaining features to the table!
